Support Backup with AmazonSmile

At the end of last year, Amazon launched AmazonSmile and invited registered charities to join. Backup has now become one of AmazonSmile's recipients, which makes it easy for the industry to support its favorite technical entertainment charity without it costing a thing.

Here's how it works: each time a customer shops at smile.amazon.co.uk, Amazon donates a 0.5% of the net purchase price of the eligible products. That doesn't sound like a lot, but it all adds up and in the first four months, in the US alone, Amazon donated $69 million. And there's no additional cost or charge to either customers or charities.

If you want to support Backup through AmazonSmile, simply go to smile.amazon.co.uk (or visit plasa.me/19ov4) and type Backup in the "pick your own charitable organization" window.

Once done, and the user updates all bookmarks to make sure they always goes through smile.amazon.co.uk every time they buy something through Amazon -- the are helping Backup to help the industry friends who need it.
