Show Production Services and ADJ Group form Partnership

The sales division of Show Production Services has been appointed as the new partner for the ADJ Group in Ireland.

The British lighting and production rental company has two outlets in Ireland, in Dublin and Portlaoise, providing equipment and creative services to the concert touring, television and events industries.

The partnership will see the company distributing and promoting the entire range of products from Elation, American DJ, American Audio, Arriba Cases, and the Accu range, providing a full service and repair outlet for all the products. We already have an extensive service area as Show Production Services are the preferred partner for Martin Professional in Ireland," said Anton Sheehan, sales manager. This can easily be adapted for the new range of products, offering our customers piece of mind when they purchase any Elation/ADJ products."

"Since the announcement our television lighting department have already passed on a number of enquiries for the new Elation LED TV light," said Sheehan. "With many studios looking at ways to be more energy efficient, Elation is right on the button with these lights. We work closely with our rental division and we can see Elation products finding themselves on major concert productions and world tours, with lighting designers now specifying a variety or products from the manufacturer."

A dedicated sales manager for audio will be appointed in the next couple of weeks".

Show Production Services' managing director, Howard Kirk, said; "We look at every venture as a new and exciting opportunity with endless possibilities. Our base in Portlaoise is now an integral 'hub' for the company and spans three warehouses and over 20,000 sq-ft. In Portlaoise we warehouse our concert touring production division, but more important are our manufacturing facilities. We have RoadBox, a flight case manufacturer producing top of the range custom flight cases. RoadBox will handle all the sales for Arriba and Accu cases for the ADJ Group, complimenting the company's existing range of custom cases."

"We also produce our ShowWash 108 LED moving head and our ShowPar LED Par 64 fixture. The new ShowPar 2, currently in technical rehearsal, has RGBAW chip sets at 10W each."

"Our metalwork and fabrication shop is busy at the moment producing the Truck-Pak range of meat racks and equipment racks, along with a host of custom touring products for productions and concert tours, specialist grip equipment, lighting frames and custom stage sets for television shows. SmartSet, the company's innovative backdrop system for the conference and television industries is now being produced in the UK such is the demand on the Portlaoise facility. We look forward to introducing our clients to products from the ADJ group and also incorporating many of these products into the custom work, opening up a much wider market for all that the ADJ Group have to offer," said Kirk.
