Calibre Ships Flagship LEDFusion Pro Series

Calibre UK is now shipping the flagship Calibre LEDFusion Pro screen management solution.

Announced in April 2021, the all-in-one screens are available in 130" or 163" sizes and are sold either as a stand-alone unit (A130C-15 and A163C-09) or a multi-system solution for advanced screen management (W236CF-15 and W260CF-15). LEDFusion Pro is already deployed and in use in corporate applications. LEDFusion Pro brings advanced operational features, energy saving, and installation benefits.

"Calibre LEDFusion Pro was introduced earlier this year incorporating the feedback received from our integration partners for a more complete, sustainable and future-proof system that could be expanded without limits," explains Steve Su, general manager at Calibre UK.

Where operational flexibility is key, users will benefit from the energy-saving design of the LEDFusion Pro thanks to a dynamic power supply ensuring that operation can be at 1600W at maximum brightness (100V - 240V @16A switching power supply) for the A130C-15 model.

"LEDFusion Pro beats any competition it the market and is about 45% more effective than previous models in the Calibre range," says Su.

For widescreen displays, a wall-mounted dual system using two LEDFusion Pro A130C-15 screens can be deployed and which utilizes splicing. Installation benefits include simplified cable management, ruggedized 4-in-1 LED modules. Viewing angles are optimized and maintenance and service are quick and very easy thanks to front panel access. The system also benefits from open command line interface using external control devices. Additionally, multiple display sources can be used in a "daisy chain" set up, ideal for information communications and boardroom applications, the company says.

For flawless and large-scale 4K conference applications, Calibre offers the One Canvas Solution which is an advanced multi-screen management solution using the LEDFusion Pro integrated with the HQPro1000 scaler/switcher with premium 4K50/60Hz 4:4:4 RGB processing and 4K EDID management. One HQPro1000 unit can manage up to four FHD LEDFusion Pro screens with flexible screen layout at any one time.

Just one canvas can be used to scale and fully customize screen layout using an easy control interface. Image and color settings can be calibrated for best performance and multiple signals can be managed in perfect synchronization. An "area of interest" can be selected using non-standard LED resolutions. Genlock and low latency are achieved and pixel-perfect mapping across LED displays ensures flawless conference experiences. A modular card design ensures flexible I/O arrangement including support for up to 4 x 4 input or 16 x 2K inputs with an accessory unit. There is an optional splicing Quad2K card available for a 4 x 2K output if necessary.

Adding to installation flexibility, up to 30 custom layouts with mix layer effects, presets, and live compositions can be added. There is multi-viewer functionality for full situation awareness and streaming in or out using an accessory box. There is pre-programing clues and live switching, clean layer effects and smooth transitions. A full look-ahead preview or switching directly is achieved ensuring that one canvas is only used for layer composition. A web GUI and remote control interface is used for canvas set up and control ensuring that 4 x 4K inputs can be combined to create a 4K canvas.
