PR Lighting Set to Take Full Advantage of PALM Expo 2015PR Lighting will again present a dynamic display at the 24th annual PALM Expo in Beijing August 19 - 22. A number of new effects -- some of which are being previewed for the first time -- will dominate the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC), where they line up alongside more than 1,000 other exhibitors. The only PR Lighting products that will previously have been seen by visitors are the XR 330 Framing and XR 470 Beam -- both previewed at the Chinese GET Show back in April. The XR 330 Framing is the latest in the XR 330 family. This high output (12,300 lumens) moving head has adopted PR patented technology, combining advanced 330W lamp technology with superb optical system. The framing system consists of four framing blades that can all individually adjusted plus/minus 30-degrees while the entire system can rotate 90-degrees. Lightweight (at just 22.5kg) it also has an impressively fast 1:10 zoom ratio. The XR 470 Beam is equipped with new advanced Philips 470W discharge lamp. It is designed to emit powerful beams (23,000 lumens, in high quality uniformity) and boasts a full feature set. This includes a number of effects including 18 fixed gobos and seven rotating gobos -- with standard of two eight-facet rotating prisms, optional three-facet and 16-facet prisms. The new XR 330 BWS integrates three features (spot, wash, and beam) in a single unit. It combines advanced 330W technology with superb optics to produce 15,000 lumens of flat, uniform light. Also being shown for the first time are the Pro Stage 150LED 19LT/D and Pro Stage 150 LED 26LT/D. Displaying an identical appearance, they have differing light angles and CRI. Pro Stage 150LED 19LT/D was designed for the studio and other applications where high-definition lighting is needed, with flicker-free operation. With a beam angle of 19-degrees, this fixture has adopted PR patented technology, combining advanced 150W LED lamp technology with superb optical system. Designed to deliver pure and high CRI white, it is available with either 3,200K or 5,600K color temperatures -- and with the energy-saving, environmental characteristics of LED (power consumption is 150W), it is also contained in a lightweight (12kg) chassis. The Pro Stage 150 LED 26LT/D is similar in functionality and application but delivers a beam angle of 26-degrees with a power consumption of 150W. Finally, the new fully featured CSL 384 will be on view for the first time. This has been designed for car show and other applications where high-definition lighting is needed, with flicker-free operation. This fixture has adopted PR patented technology, combining 84 advanced 3W LED lamps to deliver pure white light with a beam angle of 15.5-degrees contained in just a 7kg chassis. With last year's fair attracting 62,000 visitors expectations will again be high and the company says PR Lighting is perfectly poised to take full advantage.
