Ultratec Special Effects Opens New Distribution Facility in Germany

Ultratec Special Effects announces the company's new distribution facility in Frankfurt, Germany for both pyro and special effects products. The Frankfurt facility will serve as the company's central distribution hub for Europe. The pyrotechnics will continue to be manufactured and be BAM/CE certified from the Huntsville, Alabama location. Currently, Ultratec has more than 500 products certified by the BAM, and continues to certify all products in the line, ultimately bringing the total certified products to over 1,000 articles.

The Frankfurt facility will warehouse a significant inventory of pyrotechnics and special effect equipment. At a later date, a service depot will be set up to accept and repair any equipment in the European market.

Ultratec continues to support many international tours worldwide. According to the company, Ultratec will have the ability for continuity within the European market and the Americas to allow for seamless touring, event planning, corporate events, sporting events, etc.

Company products will be sold in Euro currency and will be shipped from the Frankfurt facility. Currently, all pyro orders will be processed through the Huntsville, Alabama, USA international customer service representative, Angi Greene and communicated to the Frankfurt operation.

Ultratec Special Effects will be exhibiting at PLASA Focus: Nashville, July 11-12, at the Municipal Auditorium, in Nashville, Tennessee.
