Fire Breaks Out at Apollo Design Technology Headquarters A fire broke out at Apollo Design Technology in Fort Wayne, Indiana around 2:30am Wednesday morning. According to local news reports from the television stations WPTA and Fort Wayne's NBC, the fire was briefly contained about 6am, but difficulties getting inside the building caused it to respark. As of late morning, firefighters were punching holes into the building to try to get at the flames. Apparently, smoke from the fire was visible from several miles away. As of late morning, ten fire crews had cycled through, battling the flames. No injuries were reported. It was unclear as of yesterday if the building was salvageable. The company's chief innovation engineer, Joel Nichols, did not respond to a request for comment. https://www.facebook.com/FortWaynesNBC/videos/226434498849419 https://fortwaynesnbc.com/2020/12/09/fwfd-responds-to-northwest-fort-wayne-factory-fire/
