Video Applications Inks Four-Year GSA Contract

Video Applications, Inc. (VAI), a WorldStage company, has secured the General Service Administration's coveted advertising and integrated marketing solutions (AIMS 541) contract. As a preferred vendor of high-profile, turnkey production, presentation, and exhibition services, VAI's complete process-oriented approach includes: A-to-Z project management; intra-agency coordination; pre/post-event site surveys; and audio, video, lighting, scenic, and production services.

The event was at the direction of the US Office of the Secretary of Defense and required personnel with "secret" and "top-secret" clearance. VAI also recently supported live on-stage speaking engagements featuring both President Obama and former President Clinton.

Under the terms of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, WorldStage/Video Applications stands ready to provide turnkey and highly customizable solutions for the government's high-profile, live-audience events. While GSA pricing ranges from $50,000 to $550,000 per event, WorldStage/Video Applications has been fully vetted and deemed responsible for contracts in excess of $1 million.
