Avid announces that the Avid VENUE | S6L live sound console now includes a three-year Avid advantage elite live support plan. Effective immediately, new and existing customers will benefit from Avid's highest level of support reserved for its most mission-critical live sound products.

The Avid advantage elite live support plan extends the duration of support for VENUE | S6L from one to three years and includes significant service enhancements, including:
• 24/7 phone and email support anywhere in the world with one-hour response times, assuring engineers that they can reach a live sound specialist at any time, no matter where they are
• Next-day advanced hardware exchange, ensuring that any replacement VENUE | S6L hardware components are shipped for next-day delivery at no charge, without requiring the original part to be sent back first
• No-cost VENUE software upgrades, giving customers access to the latest software features and system updates
• Onsite support at Avid's discretion

Every VENUE | S6L customer now automatically receives a three-year Avid advantage elite live support plan, including existing customers whose support plans will be retroactively upgraded to the elite live level. Customers who purchased VENUE | S6L before April 25, 2016 will have their support contract start dates changed to April 25, 2016, while customers who purchased the console after April 25, 2016 will retain their original support contract start dates.
