Free Integrated Systems Certification Program Now Available from the Shure Audio Institute (SAI)

Shure is committed to providing audio professionals with up-to-date technical insights and training to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving AV industry. To ensure customers are equipped with a deep knowledge and practical skill set on general audio topics, Shure developed the Integrated Systems Certification Program. The free program is open to anyone looking to gain sales and technical knowledge as well as expertise in Shure products and solutions that enable customers to effectively manage client situations.

The Integrated Systems Certification Program includes two levels:

* Level 1 focuses on sales enablement, with courses including Audio Basics for Meetings and Conferences, Wireless Basics, Integrated Systems Portfolio Overview, Selecting the Right Integrated System for the Right Application, Networking for AV Professionals Part 1, and Best Practices for Interacting with IT Professionals.

* Level 2 covers the technical side of Shure product training and understanding. Classes include a Shure Wireless Master Course: Wireless Best Practices and Techniques, Networking for AV Professionals Part 2, Conference Room Design Basics, and Dante Level 1 and 2 Certification (administered by Audinate).

Classes can be taken virtually or at in-person seminars. Level 1 and Level 2 are two separate certifications; however, those who wish to get Level 2 certification must successfully complete Level 1 first.

The SAI was established in 2015 to provide the dedicated training needed to support Shure's growing product portfolio and serve customers as an industry-leading resource for AV professionals. The Integrated Systems Certification Program supports the implementation of Shure products globally through training, education, and certification. Furthermore, it ensures that Shure distribution centers and channel partners have consistent knowledge to buy, resell, and technically support Shure products in the systems market, elevating capabilities and the confidence of end users.
