Duran Audio expands North American Support with Keith Caggiano

Duran Audio BV announces that Keith Caggiano has joined the company's product support group. Caggiano comes to Duran Audio after a successful career as a Broadway sound designer and already has a detailed knowledge of the company's products. Caggiano shall be taking on the role of customer support for North America and will be working closely with Duran Audio's international sales and business development managers to further develop the company's business in the region.

In addition to offering support to sound designers and rental shops Keith will also be using his years of sound system experience to offer design and commissioning support to AXYS Intellivox customers.

"Having worked with AXYS loudspeakers in theatre I had always appreciated that Duran Audio made some great sounding products but after working for Duran at InfoComm2013 in Orlando and my training workshop at Duran Audio's R&D facility in The Netherlands, I now appreciate what a wealth of knowledge and potential there is within the organization. Intellivox has always been a strong brand in North America with installations dating back to the mid 1990's and I am looking forward to working with the Duran team to ensure that we build an even bigger market presence with Intellivox and also introduce more customers to the AXYS Sound Reinforcement, Target, and ABF products."
