The Tracking Room Launches High School Recording CampHaving worked with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry, The Tracking Room is opening its doors to a new group -- high school students. The Tracking Room High School Recording Camp launches in June and is designed to give students ages 14 to 18 real-world experience in a professional recording studio setting. Located in the heart of Music Row, The Tracking Room High School Recording Camp is a five-day nonresidential camp taught by Grammy-nominated engineers Matt Leigh and Bryce Roberts. This five-day experience will include hands-on instruction and a day-long recording session with professional Nashville musicians, taking students on the entire song creation journey from idea to final mix-down. The Tracking Room High School Recording Camp is being offered in two sessions. The first session is June 19 - 23 and the second session is July 24 - 28. To provide each student with individual attention, only 15 students per session will be admitted. The Tracking Room High School Recording Camp will begin each day at 9:00am and will end at 7:00pm. Meals and snacks will be provided, and each student will receive a t-shirt, notepad, and pen. The Tracking Room Recording Camp costs $1,500 per student, and all high school students ages 14 to 18 are eligible. To see the full camp curriculum or to learn more, please visit the URL below.
