Heil Sound Enlists RecruitMilitary

When Heil Sound president, Sarah Heil, needed to expand their employee base, she went where she knew strong, loyal, hard-working people would be -- the military. Heil decided to partner with RecruitMilitary, a firm started by veterans to help other veterans achieve success in the civilian workplace.

A long-time advocate of veteran's organizations, Heil discovered RecruitMilitary and is in the process of interviewing people for multiple positions within Heil Sound. The response, says Heil, has been "overwhelming." "The military has given these applicants a great work ethic and skill set."

RecruitMilitary has a database of over a half million job openings nation wide. Veterans and their spouses register at RecruitMilitary.com, and they have access to that database as well as training and education opportunities and job fairs that take place all over the country.
