Rhino Staging Acquires ROC Rigging

Rhino Staging (Rhino), a provider of stagecraft and rigging crews nationwide and a member of Program Productions' family of companies, has acquired ROC Rigging.

Based in La Quinta, California, ROC Rigging is a provider of special event rigging services for entertainment, corporate, and private events in the Palm Springs area. It was founded in 2013 by Matt Talley.

Rhino, based in Tempe, Arizona, provides specialized stage and rigging crews for premier US concerts, festivals, and sporting events throughout the US. Established in 1991, Rhino has 16 regional offices, staffed with industry veterans and 6,000 highly specialized crew members. Rhino serviced over 25,000 events in 2024 for the top players in the event production industry. The addition of ROC Rigging to the Rhino will extend the company's reach into the Palm Springs and surrounding area in California.
