High Output Welcomes Staff Changes High Output recognizes new and familiar faces as the company evolves at its Canton, Brighton, and Portland offices. Serving the entertainment and technology industries since 1986, High Output continues to be home to a dedicated and knowledgeable team ready to take on any project. Meet the team who to help with customers' rental, production, and logistics needs. Samuel G Betts has 25 years of professional experience in the entertainment and event production industry. Festivals, touring, Broadway, rock and roll, museums, corporate, and coffee breaks, are all first-hand experience upon which Betts can draw. "Knowledge is the collection of experience; wisdom is the collection of knowledge," he has at least two of those in spades. In his role as an account manager at High Output's Canton, Massachusetts office, Betts is happy to help and eager to learn; drop him a line. Over the past 10 years, Kevin Boldwin has worked in almost every position of the production department at High Output, starting as a freelance electrician and becoming an audio, lighting, and video lead. Eight years ago, Boldwin became a project manager and three years ago an account manager. In his new role as account executive in the Canton office, he brings a well-rounded perspective, acting as both a creative force and budget facilitator. With a strong creative background in music and visual arts, Boldwin is always looking for unique and adaptive solutions on every show. Dedicated to film and photography from an early age, Alison Cupples spent many of her formative years in a darkroom before matriculating with a BA in film from Emerson College. She started at High Output in 2008 as an account manager in the film/television department and has grown to become a senior account executive heading up the office in Brighton (Boston), Massachusetts. Now with over 15 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry, Cupples has the expertise to help clients with their next project. Erin Devlin began working at High Output in 2015 in different positions throughout the warehouse landing in the electronics department. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2013 with a BFA in film/video, she ran her own wedding videography business. Devlin now serves as the marketing coordinator at High Output's Canton office, using her creative skills for social media, email promotion, and website publication. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and vintage shopping. JP Gagnon was promoted to the position of sales director for High Output in August, 2018. He has been with High Output since July of 2000 and also serves as regional manager for the Portland, Maine office. He has an extensive knowledge of theatrical lighting and has been an integral part of the Maine theater community for over 25 years. Gagnon is in his 22nd year as the resident lighting designer for The Theater Project in Brunswick, Maine. Meghan Young has been a part of the High Output family for over a decade working as an event freelancer, repair technician, and account manager. She is thrilled to advance to senior account executive in both film/theatre rentals and sales in the Canton location. Young now applies her 20 years of experience in technical theatre to different industries. When not in her lovely new office you can find her hiking with her dogs, trying a new baking recipe, or seeing a show.
