GLP Inc. Clarifies Position as Global Truss Distributor in US

GLP German Light Products Inc., based in Sun Valley, California, says it is clarifying its position in regard to its status as an authorized distributor of Global Truss products. GLP Inc. is indeed a fully authorized and stocking distributor, of the entire Global Truss range of products manufactured by the Global Truss Corporation. In a statement, the company said, GLP Inc. takes its position in the market very seriously and believes in high ethical values. GLP Inc. is not only fully authorized as a distributor, but is also fully insured and fully legal in its activities."

The statement is apparently in response to the news, published on January 13, that Global Truss America had filed a trademark infringement suit against GLP, alleging trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair business practices and other violations of the Lanham Act.
