TLS Productions, Inc. and H&X Technologies Announce New CEOTLS Productions, Inc. and H&X Technologies, Inc. announce that Peter Moll, current business development executive for H&X, has been appointed as the new CEO of both companies, effective April 1, 2022. Exciting times are ahead for both companies under this new leadership, as Moll and his Executive Teams plan to drive TLSP and H&X back to the forefront of live event solutions, emerging from the last two years of challenges due to the COVID pandemic which impacted the entire live event industry. Moll's plans also include a major expansion for both TLSP and H&X in the Las Vegas market. H&X will join TLSP under one roof in Las Vegas, which will serve as the operational headquarters for both companies. The move for TLSP from their previous Las Vegas location into the larger joint facility is well underway. Outside of Las Vegas, both companies will continue to serve clients on a national level via satellite office and warehouse facilities in Michigan and Southern California, as well as account executives strategically placed throughout the United States. TLSP (formerly a part of Tobins Lake Studios founded in Brighton, Michigan, in 1954) was established in 1996, specializing in lighting, rigging, and AV solutions for the live events industry. On February 28, 2019, TLSP became a sister company of H&X Technologies (established in 2017 in Irvine, California). H&X is a wholly owned subsidiary of HIBINO USA, and a breakthrough provider of Video and LED media for live events and experiential marketing applications.
