GLP Focuses on Expanding X4 Series at PLASA 2014

GLP continues to celebrate its 20th anniversary at this year's PLASA Show (London ExCeL, October 5 - 8, Booth #Q73).

As at Prolight + Sound earlier in the year, the company will present a mini museum comprising six podiums, which will display milestone products released during the past two decades.

But the highlight of the main product display area will be the expanding series of impression X4 products--including two versions of a completely new design, being kept under wraps until the expo opens.

Of particular interest will be the new, high output X4 XL, which will be seen for the first time at PLASA. This uses an incredible array of 55 RGBW high output LED's, each rated at 15W, coupled with a highly efficient zoom range from a tight 7 degrees to a wide 50 degrees. The X4 XL produces a massive amount of light that will throw for extremely long distances.

This will be supported by the smaller X4 and X4S heads. Also on view will be the impression Spot One, a high power LED spot, and the first of its kind to be released globally, the company says, and the Creation II controller.
