Altman Lighting Introduces the Chalice

Altman Lighting's Chalice is a 100W LED sourced down-light designed for use in both theatrical and architectural applications.

Chalice's spun aluminum housing is light weight at 8.5lbs and at 10" wide and 12" tall Chalice offers an unobtrusive, low profile look. Chalice features multiple high CRI standard configurations, including a 50,000 hour mains dimmable 3,000 Kelvin white LED array compatible for use with existing forward phase SCR dimmer modules. Also standard on the fixture, Chalice offers DMX controlled RGBA, RGBW, and 3-6K variable temperature white arrays. Custom populated LED arrays are also available. DMX controlled versions feature eight or 16 bit personalities to ensure a smooth dimming curve at low intensity levels. DMX controlled versions also offer built in fixed colors that will maintain the last look, should power be lost. Chalice utilizes standard 8" very narrow, narrow, medium, wide, and very wide par spread lenses.

Chalice is available in white, black, or silver housings standard, with custom paint options also available. Chalice features an on-board 100-240V power supply for compatibility in all global markets. Chalice is convection cooled with no fans to replace or maintain. A wide variety of mounting options are available for Chalice to accommodate every application, the company says.
