Bandit Lites Nashville Office Grows

Ethan Mills, Sylvain Thonethongthip, and Sombath Inthavong, Bandit Lites

With business growing and the touring inventory constantly expanding, Bandit Lites has added to its Nashville office with the hiring of Ethan Mills, Sombath Inthavong, and Sylvain Thonethongthip.

Ethan Mills joins Bandit as the equipment coordinator where he directs and coordinates Bandit's extensive inventory for preparation and distribution among Bandit's production jobs. Prior to Bandit, Mills was the director of media and productions for Immanuel Baptist in Lexington, Kentucky, one of the nation's fastest growing churches. His tenure there included overseeing the production operations for the quarter million square foot campus, live television broadcasts, large scale community events, and the system design and integration.

"I'm excited for the opportunity to work with such a well-known and reputable company in the lighting and entertainment industry," said Mills.

"Ethan is proving to be a great addition to our team," said Brad Rogers, Bandit's inventory controller. "He comes to work willing to learn, and is quickly picking up on what it takes to wrangle our inventory in and out of the shop."

Bandit's technical service department has also expanded with the hiring of Sombath Inthavong as electronics technician and Sylvain Thonethongthip as assistant electronics technician, where they troubleshoot and repair equipment and correlative cables in addition to assisting with show preps, repairs, and cable builds.

Inthavong brings with him an extensive electronics background, with a decade of experience at Asurion as tech 3/NPI engineer and at CTDI as an electronic technician. Thonethongthip also has prior experience working in electronics with an emphasis on cell phones, pc towers, tablets, video game consoles, and general circuit board repairs.

Inthavong shared he loves coming to work at Bandit, while Thonethongthip said, "I'm so excited to be joining Bandit Lites, a leader in the entertainment industry."

"I am very excited to have Sombath and Sylvain join the Bandit family," said Jake Tickle, Bandit's director of TSD. "Both have proven to be very hardworking, knowledgeable, and great team players. We are constantly growing and evolving our technical services department and I look forward to working with them for years to come."
