DPA Microphones is showcasing its wide array of miking solutions, including its full line of d:vote instrument microphones, d:facto handheld microphones, and d:fine headset microphones at WFX 2016, September 20 - 22 in booth 914.

The company says the award-winning d:vote Instrument Microphone Series is one of the most natural-sounding instrument microphone solutions available today. The d:facto linear vocal microphone features a new capsule with an isolation-optimized supercardioid polar pattern that is specifically designed to augment the human vocal range, the d:facto linear vocal microphone combines the very best of cardioid and supercardioid directional characteristics, just like the original d:facto vocal microphone. This ensures complete focus on the sound source with minimal bleed, delivering exceptionally natural sound, high separation and SPL handling up to 160dB. DPA's d:facto range is entirely modular and this latest version is no exception. The capsule can be removed and replaced with any other d:facto capsule to suit different recording or performance requirements. The d:facto series can also be employed for both wired and wireless use, and with DPA's cost-effective adapters, users can integrate their d:facto mics seamlessly with brands such as Sony, Lectrosonics, Shure, Wisycom, and Sennheiser.

The d:fine 88 directional headset microphone and the d:fine 66 omnidirectional headset microphone combine the legendary sound of the 4088 directional capsule and the 4066 omnidirectional capsule respectively, with the lightweight and flexible d:fine headset system.
