ChainMaster Builds Distributors Network in North, South America

Since early 2012 ChainMaster has been intensively multiplying their efforts in establishing a new distributor and service network in North and South America.

With the support of their ChainMaster consulting office in North America operated by Bob Belanger, they can now count on 10 solid partners located in Eastern and Western Canada, Eastern, South Eastern , Western USA, and Mexico.

"With the strategically located and diversified distributors and service partners of the new ChainMaster network the distributors are located closer to the customers and their certified technicians have acquired the latest up-to-date knowledge regarding our high quality standards allowing them to offer to our valuable customers an even better after-sales service and maintenance of our products, than they have experienced in the past with our former distributor network." says Alexander Hartung, director of sales at ChainMaster. The latest major installation speaks for itself as far as complexity, ingenuity, knowledge, and skilled workers. For a project in the Middle East, ChainMaster has delivered the largest modern hoisting equipment in the event industry, the company says. The system includes seven interlinked control cabinets each connected to 256 ChainMaster VarioLifts used in different halls. A total of 1,752 variable speed drives with loads of 1,000 - 2,000kg each is operated by ten 8.4" ProTouch StageOperator wireless controllers.
