Martin Celebration Set for LDI 2012

Martin Professional has a lot to celebrate at this year's LDI -- a 25th anniversary and the recently awarded MAC Viper Profile top the list -- but there is a host of other activities on the agenda as well.

Join the Martin US team from October 19-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, in booths 261, 267, and 361, where Martin will be showing a host of innovative products across LED, HID, and creative video technology. The MAC Viper turned heads at the PLASA trade show in London in September, winning an Award for Innovation, and it is ready to do the same at LDI.

Visitors to Martin's booth will have the chance to win their very own MAC Aura or M2PC lighting controller in a prize giveaway. To be included in the giveaway, visitors need only register at the Martin booth.

New Martin products to be featured at LDI will include:

MAC Viper Profile: With over 26,000 lumens of power from a 1,000W HID source, this award-winning profile workhorse is convincingly brighter than 1,200W fixtures and also outperforms them in terms of speed and compactness, the company says.

MAC III AirFX: The 1,500W MAC III AirFX is a bright and highly versatile lighting fixture, a new concept that combines hard-edge, mid-air effects and a beautiful wash field in one luminaire.

MAC III Wash: The MAC III Wash is a high-performance wash luminaire with a unique internal barndoor system (shutters), a full-feature, full-range 1,500W wash light with outstanding light quality and output.

VC Series: The VC Series of "true video" products includes VC-Dots, lightweight strings of individually controllable, bright dots; and the VC-Grid 25, a small, 200mm x 200mm LED video module with 25mm pixel pitch. Driven by Martin's award-winning P3 System Controller family, the company says they are the perfect solution for integrating LED video technology into stage designs, creative ceilings and bars, façades, or any other structure (indoors or out).

P3 PowerPort 1500: The P3 PowerPort 1500 is an integrated power and data processor for Martin's range of creative LED video products, including the VC-Dots and VC-Grids.

M2GO: Equipped with a fast, dual-core processor with no external computer required, the M2GO answers the demand for a more powerful lighting controller in a smaller form. It offers a professional level of features in a portable package and has been developed with cost, ergonomics, feature set, size, and weight in mind, according to the companyt.

M2PC: M2PC is the complementary control surface to Martin's M-PC controller software. Featuring the same layout and portable size as the M2GO, the M2PC delivers a professional level of features directly from any PC.

M-PC Free Edition: Martin introduces a new version of the powerful M-Series software with an unrestricted free Universe of DMX. Now users can access all the same functionalities of the professional range of Martin's M-Series consoles via the extreme power of M-PC for free! DMX is available over Art-Net and Martin's own USB-DMX devices. Additionally, Martin has partnered with ENTTEC to support their popular range of USB-DMX converters for the M-PC Free Edition, including the new USB-DMX Pro MKII to be introduced at LDI.
