XL Events Realigned to XL Video as Company Focuses on Single Brand

In 2009, XL Video started XL Events as a specialist division to focus on supplying the corporate and events industry with its technical AV equipment and services. Since that time XL Video and XL Events have seen continual growth in the corporate video solutions market.

The company says with this success in mind, XL Video's renewed focus on innovative video technologies, and providing excellent customer service, the parent company has decided to re-brand XL Events, bringing it in line with the corporate identity across the entire XL Video group of companies. This change is effective from November 1, 2013.

Rich Rowley director of XL Video commented: "It has been an incredible journey over the last four years building a corporate division for XL. The reason for the XL Events name in the first place was to show the industry we weren't just rock 'n' roll. I believe it has now served its purpose -- job done! Now it's time to focus on what makes us great and to get behind the core brand."

Similarly, in July this year XL's German operations XL Solutions, headquartered in Dusseldorf, and XL Video, headquartered in Hamburg, combined to create XL Video GmbH. The new entity operates from five locations across Germany.

XL Video's corporate and events division will continue to offer its clients a wide range of video solutions including LED screens, projection, mapping, media servers, interactive services, and camera systems, as well as audio and lighting systems.

With bases near both London and Birmingham, the division is perfectly placed to handle events across the United Kingdom, and with close cooperation with XL Video's international offices in Europe, North America, and Asia, can supply customers with matched services for events worldwide.
