Obsidian to Highlight Latest in ONYX Lighting Control at LDI 2024 The Obsidian Control Systems team will be attending LDI 2024 in Las Vegas, highlighting the ONYX platform at a dedicated booth designed to offer hands-on demonstrations, showcase the latest products, and provide expert insights. Lighting designers, programmers, and operators are invited to explore from December 8 to 10 at Booth #2243 at the Las Vegas convention center. "At this year's LDI, we're showcasing products in an interactive, purpose-built environment, and creating an experience where attendees can directly engage with ONYX tools," comments Obsidian sales manager John Lopez. "We welcome everyone to get hands-on, ask questions, and meet our newest team members, Daniel Boerner and Edward Smith. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we invite you to stop by for a talk and a hands-on demo." The booth provides more space to highlight the ONYX platform with an expansive video wall simulating a large-format pre-visualization studio, and surrounding workstations featuring NX consoles so that programmers and designers can test-drive the consoles themselves. Obsidian's award-winning line of NETRON data distribution devices will also be featured, including the world's first IP66-rated devices for live entertainment. All devices will be connected to NETRON CLU management software, an easy-to-navigate central utility interface. Obsidian is also a sponsor of the LDI Institute's Battle of the Busk and will have ONYX consoles participating in the three-day workshop and competition that runs December 6 - 8. The Battle of the Busk's live show finale will be held just after the show's first day on Sunday, December 8, from 6pm-7pm on a stage at the rear of the show floor next to the Circle Bar. Register for LDI here with code 10189 for an exhibit pass, on Obsidian.
