Barbizon Lighting Announces Florida General ManagerBarbizon CEO Jonathan Resnick announces the company has recruited Bob Leonard to be its Florida operation's general manager. Leonard comes to Barbizon from the audiovisual world, bringing with him over 20 years of management experience, in roles such as operations manager and general manager in companies varying in size. Most recently, Leonard was the managing director of Digital Video Systems, an audiovisual and satellite integration company for land-based corporations, government, higher education, and healthcare markets, as well as maritime-based cruise ships and yachts. "Barbizon is extremely happy to welcome Bob to lead our Florida and South America operations," remarks Resnick. "Bob is joining the company at a very exciting time. We know that with his strong background and expertise, he'll be a tremendous asset -- not only to the Florida group, but to the Barbizon Lighting family as a whole." Leonard is pleased about working with an admired privately held company. "Barbizon Lighting is a company I know and believe in," he noted. "I look forward to working with this fine group of people to oversee the operations here in Florida and South America." Leonard will be based out of the Barbizon Lighting office in Miramar, Florida.
