American Audio's DJ Etronik Takes Home Two Titles at the DMC New York Regional

The DMC World DJ Championship is like the Olympics of Djing, and like an Olympian striving for a medal, a DJ who dreams of being a DMC Champion must work hard, be passionate about his or her talent, and be willing to put in the time and energy it takes to win. That's what makes Edgar "DJ Etronik" Bernal's recent accomplishment so impressive. In addition to being an American DJ/American Audio Product Specialist, DJ Etronik is also a DMC champion. Early in May, he won two titles at the USA DMC Regional Championships in New York.

Etronik, who walked away with the titles of 2013 USA Supremacy Champion and 2013 DMC New York Regional, is a DMC veteran. He is a four-time DMC USA Champion, with titles in 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2013 and was the fourth runner-up in the World Finals in 2010. The Los Angeles native has been Djing since the mid '90s and has become well-known in the DJ battling scene. With his extensive mixing background and knowledge of DJ products, he was a perfect fit when he joined the ADJ/American Audio team in September 2010.

Regional DMC Championships are still being held across the globe, leading up to the World Championships, which will take place in London on October 5.
