Kinetic Lighting Adds New Roles to Meet Demand

Kat Haan and Richard Perez have joined Kinetic Lighting in two new roles established to meet growing demand: Sales Support and Rental Support, respectively. Both roles will reinforce the company's sales team and help streamline workflow between orders and backend operations.

Haan previously worked as Kinetic's Purchasing Agent, before leaving to study abroad. She recently returned to Southern California and was eager to rejoin the company.

"Being back at Kinetic feels like a family reunion," says Haan. "It's so nice working alongside people I've known for years, as well as new faces."

Perez has worked in the industry in onsite and warehouse roles, and prior to that was a Logistics Test And Evaluation Crew Chief for the U.S. Air Force.

"I love the vibe here," explains Perez. "I get to apply so many of my skills from previous jobs and work with such genuinely nice people."
