Giulia Calani Joins GLP in Sales and Partner Relationship Manager Role With the addition of experienced industry professional Giulia Calani, GLP is strengthening its resources on two fronts. For Calani has been recruited in the dual role of sales and partner relationship manager for the internationally renowned manufacturer of professional lighting solutions. Bringing 17 years of industry experience and an extensive network through her previous time at Lightpower, where she managed international projects, she will operate from her home in Paderborn. Here she will deploy her skills as a networker and look after the needs of GLP's customers, designers, and distributors. However, in her role as a sales representative, she will primarily serve customers in Germany's northwest region. After many years of working for one employer, Calani says it was time for a change. After attending her first trade fair on behalf of GLP at LEaT con in Hamburg, she said: "First and foremost, I am very happy to have met so many nice new colleagues, and to continue to be a part of the industry that I have been in and loved for many years. In addition to network maintenance, my position at GLP also brings with it a new challenge -- the distribution of technical products. Since I like learning new things, I'm really looking forward to this challenge, and the new contacts that will arise from it."
