Bandit Lites Awarded Fourth Parnelli AwardBandit Lites capped off a successful 2013 with one of the industry's most prestigious awards as it took home "Lighting Company of the Year" at the Parnelli Awards. This is the fourth win and twelfth nomination for Bandit, who has been nominated every year since the award's inception. It is the 21st Lighting Company of the Year award Bandit has won globally. Vice president of Bandit, Mike Golden, accepted the award, and spoke to the future, saying Bandit is looking to continue to grow and "see how we can get even better." Bandit chair, Michael T. Strickland credits the win to Bandit's incredibly talented staff and valuable clients. "We are again humbled by this honor our peers have bestowed upon us," Strickland said. "We strive for quality and excellence at every turn and realize our biggest opportunity is to improve ourselves every day ahead of us. We appreciate the hard work of the Bandit family as well as the loyalty of our wonderful clients. We promise to never waiver from our pursuit of excellence." Since 2001, the Parnelli Awards recognize the event industry's brightest visionaries and innovators, on both an individual and company scale. The event took place November 23 during LDI and was hosted by Mickey Dolenz of the Monkees. Bandit "wishes to thank Terry Lowe, Justin Lang, and the great staff at PLSN for making this all possible."
