Knier comes to Lex Products Corp from a successful career in manufacturing including his recent role as CEO/president of Cable Corp of America in Naples, Florida. CCA is a manufacturer of power and control cable for military and commercial markets. During his time at CCA, Kneir's leadership has earned numerous supplier of the year awards from high profile customers and programs over the past five years. Prior to CCA, Kneir was president or general manager of several manufacturing companies ranging in size from $50 million to $500 million. Kneir brings a high level of energy and seasoned experience to Lex Products Corp to usher the company into the next level of excellence in exceeding customer expectations. As president, Kneir will be responsible for all operating departments of the company with all departments reporting to him and will work with the CEO to set the long-term strategy for the company.
