Chauvet Professional Showcases Products at WFX 2012Chauvet, a manufacturer of professional lighting, will showcase a wide variety of products at this year's Worship Facilities Conference & Expo show, scheduled for September 19-21 in Atlanta, Georgia. On display at booth 821 are fixtures from the VIP series of video products, the new line of trussing TRUSST, Parnelli Awards nominee Legend 412, pixel-mapping moving yoke and powerful moving yokes Q-Spot 560-LED and Q-Wash 560Z-LED. Representing the COLORado family of wash lights are COLORado Zoom Tour, COLORado Zoom WW Tour, and COLORado Zoom 2 Tour fixtures. Additionally, Chauvet Professional will highlight fixtures from the Iluminarc line of architainment interior and exterior lighting solutions. Representing the VIP series are precision video panels PVP S5 and PVP S7 and high-resolution modular video panels MVP 12. PVP S5 and PVP S7 operate seamlessly with the media systems, drivers, signal distributors, and signal processors found in the VIP series. Built for indoor use and clarity of output, each high-resolution panel uses black face, tri-colored SMD LEDs. This type of LED increases contrast while the tight pixel pitch (PVP S5 at 5.2mm and PVP S7 at 7.8mm) decreases the viewing distance. Featuring an integrated auto-aligning housing and four additional M10 mounting points, each panel's modular nature prove invaluable for touring and long-term installations. An optional PVP rigging kit is also available. MVP 12 features ultra bright SMD LEDs and a pixel pitch of 12.5mm. A transparency of 13 percent allows lighting and elements to pass through while maintaining clarity at short viewing ranges. Parnelli Award nominee Legend 412 is a pixel mapping moving yoke wash featuring 12 cutting-edge, quad-colored RGBW LEDs controllable in quadrants. Nimble and ultra-compact, this multi-purpose unit is capable of an excellent wash and dynamic chases. A variant of the Legend 412, Legend 412 VW, incorporates warm and cool white quad-colored LEDs for purer whites. Powered by 91 3W RGBWA Cree LEDs, Chauvet Professional Q-Wash 560Z-LED produces flicker-free output, while maintaining quiet operation. Its color mixing provides a broad spectrum of color, from the most vibrant hues to subtle pastels. Its perfect companion, Q-Spot 560-LED, is a precise, feature-rich moving yoke with a bright, even output. Fitted with three 60W long life diodes, Q-Spot 560-LED is the perfect choice for installation in houses of worship. Chauvet Professional COLORado 2 Zoom Tour and COLORado Zoom Tour are static LED wash lights that feature a variable zoom (COLORado Zoom Tour is eight to 30 degrees, COLORado 2 Zoom Tour is six to 35 degrees). Both generate precisely sized pools of light with built-in color temperature presets from 3,200K to 10,000K for constant, predictable color. Additionally, both feature three- and five-pin DMX in/out and Neutrik powerCON in/out connectors. The warm white variant of COLORado Zoom Tour, COLORado Zoom WW Tour features 37 white LEDs for a warm white spectrum. The variable zoom (eight- to 28-degrees) serves to highlight specific areas or flood the stage. Carrying an IP67 rating, Ilumiline 21g2 IP, Ilumipanel 40 IP, and Ilumipod 18g2 IP from Iluminarc are a perfect fit for discreetly lighting interiors and exteriors, adding style and color. Ilumiline 21g2 IP is equipped with 21 1W RGB LEDs, while Ilumipanel 40 IP has 40 3W RGB LEDs and 30-degree lenses. Ilumipanel 40 IP fixture features an impact-resistant glass lens cover, built-in automated programs, and 11 customizable color temperature presets. The fixture's dimensions (3.5" x 14.6" x 12" / 82mm x 371mm x 306mm) and light weight (18.25lbs / 8.28kg) make it a perfect choice for building washes where space is a premium. Ilumipod 18g2 IP is an LED wash light featuring 18 3W RGB LEDs and 12-degree lenses. The fixture is fitted with a selection of LEDs for a brighter-than-average performance.
