Cathie Berbena Lloyd Joins Sightline Design Group Cathie Berbena Lloyd has joined Sightline Design Group as operations manager. Berbena Lloyd is a recognized leader in the industry for her work in touring, broadcast, and architectural lighting with vendors including Vari-Lite, PRG, and 4Wall. She has served as a touring crew chief, lighting designer, national operations manager, account representative and, most recently, as general manager at 4Wall in Nashville, Tennessee. Berbena Lloyd has provided equipment, crew, and production support for a wide range of touring artists including Taylor Swift, Roger Waters, Little Big Town, James Taylor, Maren Morris, Sam Hunt, and Kane Brown, as well as productions that include the television series, Nashville, the Country Music Hall of Fame's All for the Hall, and the Country Music Association Awards. "We specifically focused on the vendor side of the industry in our approach to filling this position," says Stan Crocker, designer and senior partner.
