WorldStage Ready to Connect at LDI 2018 WorldStage expands its presence at LDI again this year with unique opportunities to get face-to-face with key members of the company's staff. LDI 2018, taking place October 15-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will bring together over 14,000 professionals from all parts of the live event production community and WorldStage will be there in force. Led by the design and development department, the WorldStage contingent at LDI will connect directly with attendees in Live Design's Live Experience Lounge, located in booth 3047, for personalized discussions about the challenges of today's live event environment. Team members will also host several training and panel sessions designed to share the latest techniques and technologies for live events. As a front row sponsor of the show, WorldStage will also have a number of different technologies on display and in use during the show. "WorldStage design and development embodies the ethos of our company with a next-generation team dedicated to collaborating with customers to solve their creative design challenges," says Lars Pedersen, VP of innovation and technical solutions. "The team brings together expert knowledge from all of WorldStage's departments and harnesses our extensive internal resources to develop and test new services and products as well as bespoke solutions to meet the needs of today's live events market." The Live Experience Lounge will showcase new technologies and be a place to relax and have a conversation. The WorldStage #LetsTalk campaign encourages attendees to stop by booth 3047 during the show and connect with the WorldStage team to talk tech, share stories, and discuss how WorldStage collaborates to create custom solutions. For the LDInnovation Conference WorldStage chief technologist Matt Ward has curated an extensive panel session titled "Creative Display Technology: Past, Present & Future." The three-part presentation will take place on Saturday, October 20th, and includes industry leaders representing Brompton, ROE, Notch, ESI Design, FakeLove, and VergeAero.
