Behringer Unleashes Power and Versatility in Two New Active Loudspeakers

	Behringer introduces two new Eurolive active loudspeakers, the B110D and B108D.

Behringer has announced two new Eurolive active loudspeakers, the B110D and B108D, which are ideally-suited for live sound, portable PA, monitor wedge, and house of worship applications. Compact, and boasting 300W of two-way Class-D output power, B110D (10-inch) and B108D (8-inch) speaker systems provide versatility -- and come "wireless-ready" for use with Behringer's optional ULM Series digital microphones.

The company says flexibility rules the day on the B110D and B108D, with an ultra-low noise, balanced XLR Mic/TRS line input, complete with dedicated volume control and clip LED. Tone shaping is handled via an optimized two-band EQ, and an integrated sound processor provides the ultimate in system control, as well as loudspeaker protection.

Powerful long-excursion low-frequency drivers are employed for solid bass and smooth midrange, along with a 1.35" aluminum-diaphragm compression-driver mounted on an ultra-wide dispersion, large-format, exponential horn -- for crystal-clear high-frequency reproduction. Designed specifically as a perfect match for the amplifiers that drive them, these drivers ensure performance gig after gig.

The extraordinarily user-friendly B110D and B108D offer convenient expandability, providing the basis for a sound system that can grow as coverage requirements change. Thanks to their trapezoidal enclosure design, Eurolive Series products can also be used as a monitor wedge, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of applications. The Line Output feature lets users link additional systems to form a larger array, and the built-in 35 mm pole socket allows mounting on speaker stands at the optimal height for maximum coverage.
