ETC CUE Event Registration Open Until July 1Registration for ETC's second, biyearly CUE end-user conference event, taking place next month, in Madison, Wisconsin, July 23 - 25, is filling up fast, so ETC urges people to sign up soon. The company says: "It is ETC summer school. No, it's camp for ETC lovers. No, it's a three-day ETC party." CUE registration details and fee information are at the URL below. At CUE, lighting and entertainment-technology professionals and novices will gather in the heart of ETC country, at Madison's Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, overlooking one of the city's five lakes. The event is open to all people interested in learning more about how to use ETC products and more about ETC. It is also a great way to spend a few days meeting and connecting with other like-minded industry people -- sharing ideas and knowledge on lighting technology, lighting design, and rigging. There will be mini-courses on everything from console programming to hybrid-rig and LED smarts, to career tips. There will be keynote speakers, like Tony award-winning lighting designer Don Holder and ETC's CEO Fred Foster (who always has a surprise). There will be plenty of opportunity to play with ETC products in hands-on labs. There will be a rock concert at ETC, plus tours of the company's factory-headquarters in nearby Middleton, plus great meals, evening free time, and beautiful views. According to the company CUE is hard to contain as a "conference." CUE is short for "Create, Understand and Experience" -- with an emphasis on fun. Watch a CUE video at http://youtu.be/-WCoqGWRJBc .
