Apollo Design Announces New Hires Ready to Serve CustomersApollo Design Technology, Inc. announces the appointments of David Waddles, Alex Williams, and Ginger Zimmerman. Waddles serves as Assembly Tech for Apollo Design Technology, Inc. "David is doing a great job of ramping up in our printing department. He's learning the processes and equipment and really becoming a strong team member," stated Joel Nichols, Apollo Design co-owner. Previously an assistant manager at Holiday Inn Express, Waddles earned an associate degree in business administration from Ivy Tech. He is presently pursuing a bachelor degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing at Indiana University Purdue University - Fort Wayne. Don Schmidt, laser Ooerator at Apollo Design, said, "It's great to have David on my team!" Williams works as assembly tech for Apollo Design. Before joining the company, he worked at Creative Sign Resources. "It is great to have Alex part of the team. He has a great work ethic and attention to detail for all the products we build here at Apollo," shared Nichols. A graduate of Carroll High School, Williams is a life-long resident of Fort Wayne. Matt Green, shop floor supervisor, reported, "Alex has been a welcome addition to our assembly team. He has picked up the assembly processes quickly and has shown he is eager to learn new things. Alex has done well with asking questions and takes on all work with a positive attitude!" Zimmerman joined Apollo as a customer care representative. Zimmerman has nearly 20 years of customer service experience. "Ginger has been great to have on board in sales. She's a steady hand when the day gets a little crazy and understanding the customer as a priority," said Nichols. Zimmerman graduated as valedictorian with a BA in theology from Indiana Bible College. She hails from Swanton, Maryland. "Ginger is such a seasoned employee that she truly is the definition of a customer care rep. We are happy to have her part of the Apollo team," added Brandi Hite, customer service manager. The company reports "Apollo is proud to have these individuals on our team."
