Visit Symetrix at InfoComm 2018In recognition of this year's InfoComm theme of "Conferencing DSP, AV Control, and Integration," Symetrix will be taking the wraps off several new products at this year's show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 6 - 8. Stop by booth C1152 in Central Hall to get a first look at the newest generation of Symetrix Radius Series, Radius NX. Radius NX adds a host of new features to deliver powerful DSP that is fully expandable via a 64x64 Dante network audio bus with an integrated configurable four-port Gigabit Ethernet switch. With the addition of an acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) module and VoIP or analog telco card, Radius NX serves huddle rooms, large conferencing environments, courtrooms, and distance learning halls. The AEC module is adaptable and scalable; single and dual-core versions feature software-configurable channel counts, tail lengths, and number of references, with up to 16 channels of AEC per unit. Processing is fully virtualized for comprehensive integration with Dante microphones and other network audio sources. Symetrix will also be showing the latest release of SymVue for Control Server. Awarded Best Of Show at this year's ISE show, SymVue is a server-based application designed to control Symetrix DSPs. SymVue enables custom GUIs authored using Symetrix' Composer running on the Symetrix Control Server hardware. Application-specific control screens can be designed and tested in minutes, without writing any code. InfoComm visitors can also get a sneak preview of the highly-anticipated update to Symetrix Composer. Composer 7.0 will deliver an even more powerful programming platform for Radius, Edge, Prism, and Solus DSPs. Plus, Symetrix will be showing the Symetrix T5, first in a new line of touch panel controllers. The T5 is a 5" in-wall touch panel offering a highly responsive, capacitive-touch full color high resolution LCD screen with fully customizable GUI layout. Symetrix touch panel controllers will be programmable using Composer software, eliminating the need for complex scripting language. Symetrix will also be announcing a number of new cooperative ventures, including interoperability with products from Atlona, Aveo Systems, and Visionary Solutions. At InfoComm, Symetrix and Visionary Solutions will be demonstrating live interoperability with Visionary Solutions' PacketAV. Symetrix will also be demonstrating Aveo Systems' Mira Connect, providing full interconnectivity with Symetrix DSPs, VoIP and analog telephone interfaces.
