Apollo Design Technology Adds Key PositionsApollo Design Technology, Inc. announces the appointment of Charlotte Heaston as marketing director. In this role, Heaston will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's marketing and communication strategies. This position will report directly to the president of the company, Joel Nichols. Prior to joining Apollo Design Technology, Heaston worked for Lincoln Financial Group for 25 years in various marketing and communication roles including brand, product, and sales development. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in visual communications and photojournalism from Ohio University. "We are thrilled to have Charlotte on board at Apollo. She comes to us with a very strong marketing background and has an innate ability to manage projects and deliver results with a can-do attitude. I am confident she will enjoy working in our unique industry," Nichols said. "I am excited to work with an incredibly talented and energetic team at Apollo Design Technology," Heaston said. "I was looking for a culture that focused on strengths, creativity, and teamwork -- and I've found that here." Apollo also announces the appointment of Melissa Irk to executive manager. In this new role, Irk will have oversight to Apollo Design Technology initiatives and be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring company-wide alignment with competitive strategies. "It is great to see Melissa in this new role. She has been a key part of the team for many years. In this new position, she will help me manage projects, work with department heads, and overall help keep the company direction moving forward," adds Nichols. Irk joined the company in 2000, and has worked in various roles including sales, marketing, and administration. She holds a bachelor of science degree in administration from Huntington University. "I've enjoyed all my marketing and sales experiences at Apollo and look forward to engaging more deeply with each department on projects, processes, and communication to further our growth and success as a company," Irk said.
