PLASA's Behind the Scenes Happy Hour a Massive SuccessThe Behind the Scenes Happy Hour, hosted by PLASA, was the biggest pre-LDIBehind the Scenes charity, totaling over $18,000. Event co-chair Steven Way, president of ALPS, said, "Our entire committee was very pleased with the new 'happy hour' format for this PLASA event. Our sponsors really stepped up, allowing us to expand the food and drink offerings, reach a wider audience of industry professionals and as important, present the Behind the Scenes charity with a wonderful donation. Many attendees said this was our best event with amazing networking and they look forward to next year." "It was a terrific night and it was great to see the industry show so much support for the charity. The support was fantastic and I was all smiles knowing how many people in our industry this would allow Behind the Scenes to help. A special thanks to all of the sponsors," said Rick Rudolph, chair, PLASA Foundation.
