Elite Multimedia Productions Hires Jason Jenkins as New Head of Lighting to Assist in ExpansionElite Multimedia Productions (EMP) recently hired industry veteran Jason "Cannonball" Jenkins as the new head of lighting in order to continue the growth of the Nashville, Tennessee-based audio, video, and lighting production company's client base. EMP moved its production branch to Nashville at the end of 2012 with notable clients like Luke Bryan, Rodney Atkins, and Thompson Square, and have added Gary Allan, Dream Theater, and Casting Crowns to their roster going into 2014. Jenkins has his own list of esteemed country and contemporary Christian artists he has worked with. "Because of Cannonball's combination of extensive touring experience and commercial leadership, he's uniquely qualified to lead our lighting department," said Monty Rains, EMP's chief operating officer of Jenkins' addition to the Elite Multimedia team. Jenkins says he is looking forward to expanding EMP's touring capabilities and taking EMP to the next level of development. He is also anticipating being able to act as an intermediary between the company and its clients, and ensuring shows maximize creativity for the artist, while remaining budget-conscious and realistic for management.
