W-DMX in the New Elation Professional Volt Q5 and Volt Q3

	Elation Professional's Volt Q5 with W-DMX from Wireless Solution Sweden

Wireless Solution Sweden AB's award-winning W-DMX technology is now available in the new Volt Q5 and Volt Q3 Uplighters by Elation Professional.

The Volt Q3 and Volt Q5 are versatile RGBW LED wash lights that run on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery so they can easily be placed wherever dynamic up lighting is needed. Their go-anywhere portability, combined with an all-weather IP-65 housing, means the Volt Q3 and Q5 can be used for a large variety of indoor or outdoor applications.

With no power cords required, and equipped with a W-DMX wireless DMX transceiver that frees them from the constraints of DMX cables (compatible with Elation's EWDMX or other W-DMX products), the Volt Q3 and Q5 provide a fast, easy, and effective decorative lighting solution. Their built-in battery will last up to eight to 12 hours between charges. Ideal for on-the-go productions of all types, and compact at only 11" high (approximately 280mm), these versatile wash lights are also impressively bright while providing a green lighting design solution.

100,000-hour, 15W, quad-color LEDs provide full color mixing capability -- three in Volt Q3 and five in the Volt Q5. The field angle range is 7- to 13-degrees and snap-on diffusion filters allow the user to soften and spread the light when needed. A rainbow effect and auto-programmed chase effects provide added dynamic capability while a variety of other effects are possible via 0-100% dimming, a variable strobe, and more.

Both Volt wash lights can be controlled via standard DMX or wireless DMX, stand alone, or via in-built programs while a blue and white LCD menu display with four-button control panel makes for simple hands-on operation.
