High End Systems Announces Staff ChangesHigh End Systems, Inc., a Barco Lighting Systems company, announces recent staff changes. HES veteran, Ruediger Haeming joins the NA sales team for High End Systems, transferring from the HES European sales team. Haeming brings over 20 years industry experience and is a hands-on technical sales professional. In addition to his lighting expertise, he brings much experience in the console product line as well. Rounding out the NA sales team, Bobby Hale, currently operations manager within the HES engineering organization, will move to join the sales team during the first quarter of the new year. According to CEO Bill Morris, "Bobby brings a tremendous amount of product and industry knowledge to the team, and will add a great deal of dimension to our sales efforts." HES also announces the resignation of Craig Burross, senior sales leader for High End Systems. Burross has been part of the High End Systems' legacy for many years and was instrumental within the North American sales region. "He was the face of High End and known throughout the industry. He will be greatly missed in our organization and we wish him the best in the next stage of his career," commented Renaat de Wilde, VP sales world-wide.
