Afterglow Lighting Makes Investment in EXE Hoists from TOMCAT and Area Four Industries America

Afterglow Lighting has become the first rental house on the east coast to offer the EXE hoists.

TOMCAT and Area Four Industries America announce that Afterglow Lighting, of Elkridge, Maryland, has recently made a major investment in EXE Ace electric chain hoists, now available in the US. Afterglow Lighting has become the first rental house on the east coast to offer the EXE hoists.

"EXE hoists, already renowned in Europe for their compact design and advanced features, are now set to revolutionize the North American entertainment and event production industries with their exceptional lifting capabilities," the company says. "Afterglow Lighting's purchase underscores their commitment to providing top-tier, reliable equipment to meet the demanding needs of production teams across the region."

Josh Watson, production manager at Afterglow Lighting, expressed his excitement about the new addition:

"When purchasing a chain hoist, it's crucial to consider load capacity, overall weight, and durability to ensure safe and efficient lifting. We're especially excited about the compact size, lightweight design, and rotating handles of these hoists. We are thrilled to be the first rental house on the East Coast with these new Ace hoists and look forward to seeing what they can do in the field."

EXE hoists, available exclusively in North America from TOMCAT and Area Four Industries America, are said to feature industry-leading technology and a lightweight yet robust design, making them an ideal choice for high-stakes productions, ranging from live events to large-scale installations. The compact size of the hoists allows for easy transportation, while the rotating handles offer improved ergonomics for setup and breakdown.
