ISO-9001 is a continual improvement accreditation in manufacturing that is required to be a supplier in most European countries and is gaining recognition and importance in North America. The systems and processes of QT Cases are audited every 6 months and any infractions or deviations from approved, published protocols and systems could lead to the loss of certification. QT Cases is the only North American case manufacturer that is ISO-9001 certified. In the six years since attaining the certification, not one deficiency has ever been recorded in any audit
