Profile:
The Theatre Design and Production Department at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music offers undergraduate (BFA) and graduate (MFA) training in the following areas: scenic design, lighting design and technology, costume design and technology, sound design, makeup and wig design, stage management and technical direction. With three state-of-the art theatres and world-class production support facilities, students work with a distinguished roster of master teachers/designers on projects that range from grand opera, to large-scale musicals, to chamber dramas. Admission is by interview/portfolio review either in Cincinnati or at an approved regional location.
